Standard delivery terms and times

A stylish and unique dining experience gift pack and standard delivery are included in the price of every order.  Each beautifully designed pack contains a greetings card with a fully personalised message, an elegant dining experience gift voucher and a guide on how to redeem the dining experience.

Dinner’s On Me Ltd guarantees to process your order on the same day it is placed (Monday to Friday, within normal working hours) and to send out your personalised gift experience pack within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are guaranteed to be processed and sent out on Monday.

UK mainland delivery is by Royal Mail first class post, which should arrive with you within 1-2 working days of postage.  Gift packs can be sent to the purchaser, directly to the recipient or to another address at your request.

E-vouchers and overseas delivery

If you need a quicker turnaround than standard delivery, Dinner’s On Me Ltd offers a free of charge e-voucher service, where we send your personalised and attractive gift voucher by email on the same day.

If you need your gift pack sent overseas, we will arrange for delivery by Airmail.  Delivery to Europe costs only £0.60 extra and should arrive within 3 working days.  Delivery to the rest of the world costs only £1.01 extra and should arrive within 5 working days.

Bank holidays and exceptional circumstances

Dinner’s On Me Ltd is not able to process orders on English Bank Holidays.  During the build up to Christmas we will endeavour to honour our standard guarantee of a 24 hour turnaround.  If this is not possible you will be informed by email and given the option for a full and instant refund.

In exceptionally rare circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes or force majeure, we are unable to be held liable for any delay.
